The Ambridge Area School District does what it can when possible to support the Music Programs in our School District, but to do the things we do and go the places we go, it takes additional money and fees. The "business side" of the Ambridge Area High School Marching Band is where the financial support lies when it comes to taking care of the uniforms, providing water, snacks, and often food throughout the school year, as well as assisting with bus fees when possible. We try our best to keep fees and payments at the lowest possible amount, especially during these economically challenging times. Below are the Membership and Band Fees for the upcoming School year.

ALL members of the band are responsible to pay these fees. This includes the Marching Band Students, the Color Guard Students and Bridger Belle Students.

You can now pay band fees and purchase necessary items online! For those who prefer to pay by check, please contact aabb@ambridge.k12.pa.us.

To pay dues and purchase items online, please add items to your cart below. Please know that you can add an item to your cart and return to this page to add more items until you have selected everything that you need for the upcoming band season, rather than making individual transactions along the way. Items will continue to be added to your cart until you are ready to make a single transaction to pay for all of the dues/items. Simply click "continue shopping" after you add an item, and complete the transaction when you have added everything you need. You can pay using a PayPal account, or by credit card.

BAND FEES

All-Inclusive Band Fee: $70

All inclusive band fees include: Participation/membership fee for student plus 2 adults, and uniform fee. The fee also includes Liability Insurance for above named and fundraising privileges. For the 2 adults, please list 2 adults that would be financially responsible for the student.

This Fee will need to be paid prior to the first football game. According to school protocol, the student obligation will be reported to school administration and the student may not be eligible to participate in extracurricular activities.

Volunteer/Chaperone Membership Fee: $5

If you do not have a student, are helping with the band and are not included in the student band fee, please pay the $5.00 membership fee to cover your membership with the band and liability insurance. This fee will need to be paid before the first football game or you will not be able to participate.

STUDENT TO PURCHASE ON THEIR OWN:

Viper Band Shoes (Black only) - Approximate Cost $36.95

These shoes are a requirement and must be worn for each performance/event. The student is required to purchase their own shoes. These are just a few of the options of where to purchase:

Band Polo - $30.00

Note: The first one is free; use this option if you need an additional one or a replacement.

Gloves (white) - $4.00

All band members are required to wear gloves with the exception of percussion, Belles, and color guard.

Garment Bag - $13.00

The uniform MUST be kept in a garment bag whenever the band travels to and from an event/performance. The garment bag must be in good condition. You may use any garment bag if you already own one (no clear bags).

Shoe Bags - $10.00

The bags are drawstring backpacks with the band logo on the front. They are to be used to carry gloves, shoes, raincoats, etc. As an alternative, you may use another similar bag that you have received by participating in a sport.

Black Crew Socks - $6.00

Socks are a requirement and MUST be worn at all events/performances. You may use ones you already have so long as they have no color or designs.

Band T-Shirt - $12.00

T-Shirts MUST be worn every time the uniform is worn. This is a MUST to help prevent perspiration from getting directly on the uniform. If a student does not have/or wear the proper Band T-shirt they are not permitted to remove their band uniform jacket in the stands at football games or other events.
